Stock Market Perspectives from the State of Wisconsin Investment Board

Keith Bozarth, executive director of the State of Wisconsin Investment Board (SWIB), which invests the assets of the Wisconsin Retirement System (WRS), State Investment Fund, and other state trust funds, will provide a perspective on the stock market and SWIB investments. A representative from the Wisconsin Department of Employee Trust Funds (ETF) will be also be on hand to answer questions about the retirement system.
