What Is It?
The Human Resources Design Project is a campuswide effort to build a new, more effective University of Wisconsin-Madison personnel system to better serve the needs of the university, its employees and the citizens of Wisconsin. The new system is slated to take effect July 1, 2013.
Why Should I Pay Attention?
The HR Design Project will affect most employees on campus, either directly or indirectly. Knowledge is power, and YOU are your own best advocate.
