Yesterday, there was a great tour of the campus’s Glass Lab. This is a place that MASN as an organization has never toured before, and if they’ll have us back next year, it would be great to have it in regular rotation. And in January, one of our old favorites, the Winter Social with drinks, snacks, and socialization, saw numbers of attendees even exceeding old pre-pandemic levels!
We’re nearing the halfway point in this semester, and we have at least two more events planned this semester. The Helen Louise Allen Textile Collection is another new thing we have planned, and it’s scheduled for Tuesday, March 12th at noon at the School of Human Ecology building. All current MASN members should have the sign-up link in their emails, but if you did not – just email us from our contact page as usual and we’ll get you sorted, particularly if you’re a newer member and therefore didn’t receive our earlier emails.
That same sign-up link contains registration information for our annual Spring Luncheon, which will be on May 23rd. More details on that to come in the next website post!
